‘Jagged Little Pill’ to open at the Broadhurst this fall

“Jagged Little Pill” will open at the Broadhurst Theatre on Broadway this fall. Previews are set to begin Nov. 3, 2019, with an opening night on Dec. 5. The musical, featuring the songs of Alanis Morissette, is produced by Vivek Tiwary, Arvind Ethan David and Eva Price.

“Jagged Little Pill” will open at the Broadhurst Theatre on Broadway this fall.

Previews are set to begin Nov. 3, 2019, with an opening night on Dec. 5. The musical, featuring the songs of Alanis Morissette, is produced by Vivek Tiwary, Arvind Ethan David and Eva Price.

Directed by Diane Paulus, the musical features music by Morissette and Glen Ballard, a book by Diablo Cody and orchestrations and arrangements by Tom Kitt. Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui is the movement director and choreographer.

Casting has not yet been announced.

The musical comes to Broadway after a run at A.R.T. in the summer of 2018.

Other creative team members include scenic designer Riccardo Hernandez, costume designer Emily Rebholz, lighting designer Justin Townsend, sound designer Jonathan Deans and video and projection designer Finn Ross, with additional music by Michael Farrell and Guy Sigsworth.
