Broadway box office numbers fell in Week 18 of the 2026-2027 season, with only three shows posting a week-over-week increase in gross. For the week ending Sept. 27, the 26 running productions grossed $24,093,388, representing an 11% decrease from the week prior. Of note, the previous week saw the conclusion of NYC Broadway Week, in which participating shows offered two-for-one ticket deals; such deals were no longer available in Week 18.
Compared with Week 18 of the 2025-2026 season, Broadway remains down overall. This past week, grosses were 21.7% lower than in the same week of the previous season, with attendance 10.4% lower. Capacity remained relatively steady, down by just 0.8%.
