“The Tony Awards: Act One,” an exclusive special which will stream June 12 on Paramount+ before the Tony Awards telecast, will be hosted by Darren Criss and Julianne Hough.

Criss and Hough, both of whom are starring in Broadway plays this season, will preside over the hour of content starting at 7 p.m. They will present awards and introduce performances throughout the evening, according to the announcement.

Ariana DeBose will take over hosting duties when the official 75th Annual Tony Awards ceremony begins at 8 p.m. The event will be carried on CBS and Paramount+.
