The Broadway League has announced the dates and participating shows for the summer 2026 edition of Kids’ Night on Broadway. The semi-annual tradition offers a 50% discount on two full-price tickets for one adult accompanied by a person under 18. Kids’ Night on Broadway events will take place on Aug. 25 and 26, with 21 total shows participating.
Nineteen shows will offer Kids’ Night tickets for performances on Aug. 25: “Aladdin,” “& Juliet,” “Buena Vista Social Club,” “Chicago,” “Hadestown,” “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child,” “Just in Time,” “The Lion King,” “The Lost Boys,” “Maybe Happy Ending,” “MJ,” “Operation Mincemeat,” “The Outsiders,” “Paranormal Activity,” “Schmigadoon!,” “Stranger Things: The First Shadow,” “Titaníque,” “Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York)” and “Wicked.” Kids’ Night on Broadway performances for “The Great Gatsby” and “SIX” will take place on Aug. 26.
Kids’ Night on Broadway performances may include in-theater activities like talkbacks, sing-alongs, art projects and activity books. In addition, some participating Theater District restaurants may provide free children’s meals with the purchase of an adult entrée, while local attractions like the Museum of Broadway and the Top of the Rock observation deck will also offer deals to be announced. Founded in 1930, the Broadway League is the national trade association for the Broadway industry. In addition to community engagement and career development programs for young people, including Kids’ Night, Broadway Bridges, Broadway Speakers Bureau and the Jimmy Awards, the League has also co-presented the Tony Awards with the American Theatre Wing since 1967.
