‘Cost of Living’ extends Broadway run

The Broadway premiere of "Cost of Living" has received a one-week extension. Martyna Majok's Pulitzer Prize-winning play will now run through Nov. 6 at Manhattan Theatre Club's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre. "Cost of Living" opened on Oct 3. after a preview period that began on Sept. 13.

The Broadway premiere of “Cost of Living” has received a one-week extension.

Martyna Majok’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play will now run through Nov. 6 at Manhattan Theatre Club’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre.

“Cost of Living” opened on Oct 3. after a preview period that began on Sept. 13.

Jo Bonney directs a company that includes Gregg Mozgala and Katy Sullivan — reprising their roles from the play’s spring 2017 off-Broadway run — along with Kara Young and David Zayas.

Joining Bonney on the creative team are Wilson Chin (scenic design), Jessica Pabst (costume design), Jeff Croiter (lighting design), Rob Kaplowitz (sound design), Mikaal Sulaiman (original music), Thomas Schall (movement consulting), The Telsey Office (original casting), Caparelliotis Casting & Kelly Gillespie (casting) and David Lurie-Perret (production stage management).

Manhattan Theatre Club is headed by Artistic Director Lynne Meadow and Executive Producer Barry Grove.
