The Pekoe Group, a Broadway advertising and marketing agency, has announced seven internal staff promotions. The firm elevated team members who have worked on campaigns for current and recent productions, including “Operation Mincemeat,” “SIX” and “Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York).”
Jenny Dorso has been promoted to head of new business strategy. A 12-year veteran of the agency, Dorso most recently served as vice president of marketing strategy and formerly led the digital department. In her new role, she will oversee pitch strategy, proposal development and positioning for client acquisition.
In the creative department, Audrey Armacost is now creative content director and Kelly Ganning has been named art director for ads. Armacost, who was previously creative content strategist, will manage social media ideation, creation and implementation for all accounts. She recently earned a 2026 Gold Telly Award in the arts and entertainment category, alongside two New York Emmy Award nominations. Ganning, who has been with the agency for more than four years as a graphic designer, will lead visual strategy and guide the visual direction and production of creative assets across multiple platforms.
Dounia Benabdallah and John A. Bourdierd have both been promoted to digital media manager. Benabdallah will oversee the execution, performance and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels. She will continue to manage media partnerships and vendor relationships. Bourdierd will focus on developing media strategy across paid social, search and programmatic channels with an emphasis on data insights.
Maddie Greenberg is now brand partnerships and promotions manager, managing Broadway and Off-Broadway clients. Prior to joining the Pekoe Group earlier this year, Greenberg worked for the theatrical PR firm the Press Room.
Ryan Meitzler has been promoted to senior video editor. Having been with the firm for more than 10 years, he will now manage the production of video content for integrated marketing campaigns while supporting the onboarding of the agency’s video team.
The 17-year-old Pekoe Group operates departments across advertising, digital, promotions, social media, websites and design. In addition to its Broadway and touring theatrical roster, the firm has worked with New York City restaurants, cultural institutions and the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment.
