Broadway’s “Wicked” will host the second annual Broadway Pride Block Party on June 26. The free, public event, is being presented in partnership with TodayTix, part of the MARI group, an events and experiences company. The Broadway Pride Block Party will run from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the breezeway of the Gershwin Theatre, where “Wicked” has run since 2003.

The afternoon will be hosted by Danny Quadrino (who currently plays Boq in “Wicked”) and Kevin McHale, who currently appears Off-Broadway as William Barfee in “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” at New World Stages. Activities at the Pride event will include games, photo ops, music and giveaways. Attendees can enter to win tickets to certain participating shows.

In addition to “Wicked,” the following productions will participate in the 2026 Broadway Pride Block Party: “& Juliet,” “Aladdin,” “The Book of Mormon,” “Cats: The Jellicle Ball,” “Chicago,” “The Great Gatsby,” “Heated Rivalry: The Unauthorized Musical Parody,” “Just in Time,” “The Lion King,” “The Lost Boys,” “Masquerade,” “Maybe Happy Ending,” “Moulin Rouge!,” “Oh, Mary!,” “Operation Mincemeat,” “The Outsiders,” “The Play That Goes Wrong,” “The Rocky Horror Show,” “Schmigadoon!,” “SIX,” “Stranger Things: The First Shadow” and “Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York),” among others. Playbill and the Museum of Broadway will also be represented at their own tables.

Donations made during the Broadway Pride Block Party will benefit the Trevor Project. This nonprofit organization supports the mental health of young LGBTQ+ people, providing crisis services and peer support, advocating for and educating on the needs of LGBTQ+ youth and conducting research studies to support its efforts.

The fourth-longest-running show in Broadway history, “Wicked” is now in its 23rd year at the Gershwin Theatre. This is the production’s second year hosting the Broadway Pride Block Party.
