“Wicked” canceled three performances this weekend due to COVID-19 cases within the company.

The cancellations, which included the Saturday evening performance, as well as its Sunday matinee and evening performance, were due to the positive cases, as well as “scheduled absences in the company.” The next scheduled performance is Tuesday, Dec. 7.

“American Utopia” was also dark this past weekend, as the production continued to contend with  “a non-COVID related illness” in the cast. “American Utopia” had previously canceled its Dec. 1 and Dec. 2 performances.

At “Company,” weekend press performances were rescheduled after Patti LuPone missed several shows due to a “non-COVID related illness.”
