The revival of “Merrily We Roll Along” has extended its Broadway run again. Originally scheduled to play through Jan. 21, 2024, and later extended to March 24, the revival will now continue at the Hudson Theatre until July 7, 2024.

Maria Friedman is at the helm of the production, which began previews on Sept. 19 and officially opened on Oct. 10. The cast is led by Jonathan Groff as Franklin Shepard, Daniel Radcliffe as Charley Kringas and Lindsay Mendez as Mary Flynn.

Spanning three decades in the entertainment business, “Merrily We Roll Along” charts the turbulent relationship between composer Franklin and his two lifelong friends: writer Mary and lyricist/playwright Charley. The musical features a book by George Furth and a score by Stephen Sondheim.

Rounding out the principal cast are Krystal Joy Brown as Gussie Carnegie, Katie Rose Clarke as Beth Shepard and Reg Rogers as Joe Josephson.

The revival released a cast album on Nov. 15.

“Merrily We Roll Along” is produced by Sonia Friedman Productions, David Babani, Patrick Catullo, Jeff Romley and New York Theatre Workshop.
