For the week ending July 26, the 30 running productions grossed $34,864,840, representing a 12.5% increase in the last full week of July. Attendance hit 273,061, representing a 6.9% increase over the week prior, while capacity was at 94.1%, a 7% increase from the previous week.
Compared to Week 9 of the previous season, Broadway remains up overall. Grosses have increased by 10.4% from the previous season’s $31,581,08. Attendance rose by 10.7% and capacity by just 0.9%.
