Grosses analysis: Broadway begins to recover after a slow Fourth of July week

For the week ending July 12, the 32 running productions grossed $32,901,607.

Broadway box office grosses are back on the rise after the Fourth of July holiday dip. For Week 7 of the 2026-2027 season, the 32 running productions grossed $32,901,607, representing a 12.2% increase from the week prior. Attendance saw a bump of 5.4% and capacity rose 4.1%.

Compared to Week 7 of the 2025-2026 season, Broadway grosses increased by 0.3% from that week’s $32,813,389. Attendance is up 4.6%, while capacity decreased by 1.7%.
