The Prince Fellowship, in association with Columbia University School of the Arts, has revealed its pair of producing fellows for 2025-2026. Giuliana Carullo has received the Prince Fellowship and Miranda Gohh has received the Prince/TTLP Fellowship.
Established in 2005 as the T. Fellowship (and since renamed in honor of Tony Award-winning producer and director Harold Prince), the Prince Fellowship nurtures and supports the next generation of creative producers. From September 2025 through August 2026, each fellow will receive a $10,000 stipend, a $20,000 budget for the development of a new work, access to courses in Columbia’s MFA theatre management and producing program and industry mentorship.
The founder of Orsetto Productions, Carullo has been developing (along with Larry Owens) and serves as lead producer of “The American Football Musical.” In 2024, Carullo shepherded the world premiere production of “The Last Podcast on Earth” at the Tank, and also produced an industry presentation of Owen’s “Five Sisters (of the Regan) Dauphin.”
Gohh received Tony Award nominations for co-producing “Suffs” and the 2024 revivals of “Cabaret” and “Gypsy.” Gohh is the founder of Theatre Producers of Color and a co-founder of the Industry Standard Group. Gohh was named a 2022 Woman to Watch by the Broadway Women’s Fund.
The Prince Fellowship Mentors for 2025 include Kristin Caskey, Sue Frost, Tom Schumacher, David Stone and Orin Wolf, the latter of whom was part of Prince Fellowship’s inaugural cohort in 2006.
During the upcoming year, fellows will have access to an advisory group of industry specialists comprising Tony honorees Victoria Bailey, Lisa Dawn Cave and Robert Fried and special Tony recipient Colleen Jennings-Roggensack, as well as Christopher Burney, Nina Essman, Kamilah Forbes, Brian Moreland, Julio Peterson, Natasha Sinha, Donna Walker-Kuhne, Schele Williams and Kumiko Yoshii.
2025 marks the fifth year that the Prince/TTLP Fellow is funded through a partnership with the Theatre Leadership Project (TTLP), a nonprofit whose goal is to expand BIPOC leadworking to install BIPOC leadership in commercial theater through paid fellowships. TTLP founding members include Travis LeMont Ballenger, Barbara Broccoli, Patrick Daly, Alecia Parker and Lia Vollack.
Support for the Prince Fellowship is provided by the Broadway League and the John Gore Organization (parent organization of Broadway News).
The Prince Fellowship is managed by co-directors Steven Chaikelson, Aaron Glick and Rachel Sussman, the latter of whom are former fellows. The program is managed by Columbia University School of the Arts.
