Our Time Influence (OTI) has named Amanda Chin its new chief operating officer. Chin began in this newly created role on Aug. 1. Chin will collaborate with OTI’s founder and chief executive Carly Heitner, overseeing the agency’s growth and development, day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. Chin’s appointment is part of a broader expansion by OTI.
Our Time Influence is an influencer marketing agency specializing in partnerships with Broadway, live entertainment and cultural experiences. Launched as a one-person business in 2024, Heitner founded OTI in an effort to bridge the gap between theater and young audiences by connecting Broadway productions and other entertainment brands with social media creators. OTI’s clients have included “John Proctor is the Villain,” “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child,” “Liberation,” “Titaníque,” “The Great Gatsby,” “The Rocky Horror Show” and the Tony Awards.
Chin joins OTI following four years with production and general management company Wagner Johnson Productions. Chin also volunteers with the National Asian Artists Project, a nonprofit organization that supports the artistic growth of theatermakers of Asian descent, and helped develop the organization’s Broadway Community Chorus.
“What Carly built with Our Time Influence in such a short time is incredibly exciting, and I’m thrilled to be joining the company at such a pivotal moment,” said Chin in a statement. “I’m looking forward to working alongside Carly to scale the business, strengthen operations and help shape what comes next.”
“Bringing Amanda on as COO is such an exciting next step for Our Time Influence,” said Heitner. “As the company continues to grow, I knew I wanted someone who could help us think bigger, build smarter and take what we’ve created to the next level. I’m so excited to have Amanda joining me in this next chapter.”
