Lonnie Ali, widow of boxing heavyweight champion Muhammad Ali, and Richard Willis, lead producer of the Broadway-bound musical “Ali,” appeared on CBS News Chicago to discuss the upcoming musical.
As previously announced, “Ali” will begin performances at Chicago’s James M. Nederlander Theatre on April 22, 2025, for a limited engagement through May 18. “Ali” will feature music by Teddy Abrams, lyrics by Clint Dyer and Q-Tip and a book by Dyer, who will also direct.
