It has been just over three decades since Disney first graced Broadway with a stage version of “Beauty and the Beast.” Disney on Broadway has since continued to soar, with theatrical adaptations of “The Lion King,” “Mary Poppins,” “Newsies,” “Aladdin” and other beloved musicals. In honor of surpassing the 30-year mark of Disney on Broadway, a slew of stars took to Epcot amusement park on April 12 to sing from those musicals.
