The Tony Awards administration committee has announced members of the 2025-2026 nominating committee. The 64 individuals, who represent various disciplines in the theater industry, will attend every Tony-eligible production and subsequently determine, by vote, nominees in the 26 competitive categories for the 2026 Tonys. Each member serves a three-year term.
New to the committee are Tony-winning performer BD Wong, Tony-winning lighting designer Peter Kaczorowski, 2014 Tony Honor for Excellence in the Theatre recipient and retired general manager Charlotte Wilcox, Tony-nominated performer L Morgan Lee, fellow 2024 Best Play nominees Jocelyn Bioh and Joshua Harmon, sound designer Mark Bennett, music director Rob Berman, Audible Theater executive producer Jeremy Blocker, Chautauqua Theater Company’s producing artistic director Jade King Carroll, choreographer/director Will Davis, Eugene O’Neill Theater Center’s executive director Tiffani Gavin, director/writer Daniel Goldstein, associate director/choreographer Ricky Hinds, composer/lyricist/librettist Timothy Huang, composer/lyricist/librettist Anna K. Jacobs, costume designer Jessica Jahn, composer Glen Kelly, choreographer Danny Mefford, Repertorio Español’s executive artistic director Rafael Sánchez and playwright/librettist Jeffrey Sweet.

The date and location of the 2026 Tony Awards ceremony, as well as the date by which productions must open in order to be considered eligible for the awards, will be announced.
The Tony Awards are presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing.
