Designer Jacob Cooper has announced the establishment of Eleven O’Clock Studio, a new design shop for theater and live entertainment. Eleven O’Clock Studio will offer a full slate of creative services, including advertising campaign design, branding, key art design, investor deck design and photoshoot direction, for the Broadway industry and beyond.
Prior to branching out on his own, Cooper served as executive creative director at RPM and creative director at SpotCo. During his tenure with these advertising agencies, Cooper crafted the design of and strategized advertising campaigns for a slew of Broadway productions, including Best Musical Tony Award winners “A Strange Loop,” “Moulin Rouge!” and “Fun Home,” as well as “Death Becomes Her,” “Sweeney Todd,” “Oklahoma!” and “Mean Girls.”
“After 15 years of designing key art for live entertainment, I’m thrilled to be launching my own studio to continue that work,” Cooper said in a statement. “I’ve spent my entire adult life ‘on Broadway’ because Broadway branding is special: It tells the story of a show long before first preview, and tells the story of the show and the audience’s experience, long after closing.
“At Eleven O’Clock Studio, we work side-by-side with producers, creative teams and artists to bring big visions to life. Our work is rooted in story, guided by strategy and made to connect. Whether you need key art for your show, a logo for your company, or a big idea for your campaign, we’d love to work with you.”
