Grosses analysis: Broadway stays the course as new spring shows open

For the week ending April 12, the 40 running productions grossed $43,581,394.

Broadway box office grosses remained steady in Week 46 of the 2025-2026 season as four new shows officially opened. The overall gross increased by 0.8% in the week ending April 12, with the 40 shows currently running on Broadway grossing $43,581,394 (up negligibly from $43,241,429 the week prior). Attendance increased 2.9% to 344,459 (up from 334,631), even while capacity fell slightly by 0.4% (to 93%). 

Compared to this week in the 2024-2025 season, Broadway box offices are up overall, increasing by 2.9%. Week 46 of last season saw a gross of $42,361,129. Attendance increased by 6.7% and capacity by 2%.
