The Broadway League, the national trade association for the industry, has released end-of-season statistics for the 2025-2026 season. The season, which spanned 52 weeks compared to the previous season’s 53, grossed a total of $1,910,903,835, a 1% increase from the previous season’s $1,892,650,959, and the highest-grossing Broadway season since the Broadway League started publishing grosses data.
Attendance showed a slight decrease of 0.6%, although it should be noted that this season’s attendance of 14.57 million is the highest Main Stem attendance numbers have been since the pre-pandemic peak of 14.77 million. Percent capacity also decreased slightly by 0.4% to 90.8%.
