Review: ‘Just For Us’ is an incisive comedy for everyone

Alex Edelman’s solo show about his drop-into a white nationalist meeting entertains and illuminates.

Alex was curious. That’s what led him to accept a white nationalist’s ostensibly (but implausibly) public Twitter invitation to gather for a community meeting in Astoria. Yes, this group of neo-Nazis chose the most ethnically diverse borough in New York City as the decided meeting place to hold a forum about their #whiteness and all the forces threatening to erase it. What this crew did not expect to uncover after welcoming Alex into the fold, however, was that his last name was Edelman.
