Pekoe Group names new account director and senior digital advertising coordinator

The theatrical marketing agency has announced promotions for two digital marketing specialists.

The theatrical advertising agency the Pekoe Group has promoted Chase Haylon to account director, and Dounia Benabdallah to senior digital advertising coordinator.

Haylon, a former account manager, began his career creating social media campaigns for Pekoe and Situation Interactive. He went on to found his own boutique social media agency, the Social Team, where he worked with brands such as Hasbro, Mattel and Live Nation on various live entertainment properties. He was also a co-producer on the Broadway musical “How to Dance in Ohio” and is adapting the 2020 documentary “The Painter and the Thief” for the stage. 

In his new role as account director, Haylon will continue to oversee relationships with clients, anticipating their evolving needs and delivering integrated work.

Benabdallah, who has worked as a digital advertising coordinator at Pekoe for the last three years, is certified in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint, with an MBA in marketing from DeVry University. She previously managed digital advertising for a group of international hotels and travel brands, reaching audiences in multiple languages and countries around the world. 

In her new role as senior digital advertising coordinator, Benabdallah will lead digital marketing campaigns, employing data-informed strategy, precise targeting and cross-functional collaboration for Pekoe’s clients.

In the past 17 years, the Pekoe Group has crafted ad campaigns for various Broadway, Off-Broadway and touring productions. Its clients include “SIX,” “Operation Mincemeat,” “Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York)” and cultural institutions such as the Museum of Broadway.
