Grosses analysis: Several shows get a pre-Tonys boost as Broadway bids farewell to two top-grossing plays

For the week ending June 8, the 40 currently running productions grossed $45,788,192.

In a week that concluded with the 78th annual Tony Awards ceremony, Broadway maintained its robust box office figures from the week prior. During the week ending June 8, Broadway’s 40 offerings collectively took in $45,788,192, a 1.9% increase from the previous week. Attendance during week two of the 2024-2025 season tallied 329,886, down a slight 1.1% from the week ending June 1, when the same number of shows were running. Capacity dipped 0.4%, with 88.7% of available seats in theaters filled.
