Grosses analysis: ‘Great Gatsby’ gets a big boost as Broadway rebounds following blizzard cancelations

For the week ending March 8, the 28 running productions grossed $28,123,874.

Broadway box office grosses rose in Week 41 of the 2025-2026 season, bouncing back after a snowstorm saw canceled performances the week prior. The 28 shows currently running on Broadway grossed a total of $28,123,874 for the week ending March 8, up 8% from the week prior. Attendance increased by 7.9% to 238,988 and capacity increased 3.4%: from the previous week to 91.2%. Several shows canceled performances during Week 40 due to the snowstorm that hit New York City, and those shows played a full performance week during Week 41.
