A warmer week and a three-day holiday weekend brought a lift in Broadway’s box office for the week ending Feb.15. Grosses for the week were $33,578,362, a rise of 11.3% from the previous week. Capacity also increased 3.7% to 96.8%.

Attendance dropped 3.9% to 246,718, but Broadway had two fewer shows running this past week than the one before. “Oedipus” closed on Feb. 8, after breaking Studio 54’s one-week, eight-performance box office record. “Stranger Things: The First Shadow” paused performances for the week so that the production could be filmed for Netflix.
