On May 31, actor, singer and influencer Dylan Mulvaney will make her final appearance as Anne Boleyn in “SIX” on Broadway. Mulvaney made her Broadway debut in the musical on February 16. Her replacement has yet to be announced.

Mulvaney, who previously appeared in the touring production of “The Book of Mormon,” joined “SIX” amid a near-total cast turnover: She was one of five cast members to join the show this past February along with Abigail Barlow and Olivia Donalson and returning original Broadway cast members Adrianna Hicks and Anna Uzele. Jasmine Forsberg, who plays Jane Seymour, was the only member of the previous cast to remain. All five of them are set to remain in “SIX” after Mulvaney’s departure.

Following a West End run and a U.S. premiere in Chicago, “SIX” opened at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre (now the Lena Horne Theatre) on October 3, 2021, after its initial opening date was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The musical, which reimagines the wives of Henry VIII as a pop band, was nominated for eight Tony Awards and won two, including Best Original Score for Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss.

“SIX” has also been on U.K. and North American tours, in addition to multiple international productions. “SIX The Musical Live,” a live capture of the original West End cast, will receive a theatrical release in the U.S. on August 14, following its cinematic release in the U.K. and Ireland last year.
