The Broadway League, the national trade association for the Broadway industry representing theater owners, producers, presenters and general managers, has announced the recipients of its 2025 Broadway League Leadership Awards. The awards were presented on Dec. 16 during the League’s annual meeting. The honorees include distinguished service award winners Alecia Parker and Allan Williams and lifetime achievement recipient Jack Eldon.

These awards recognize the outstanding efforts of these League members’ commitment to producing and presenting live theater on Broadway and on tour.

In addition, the Broadway League has presented Impact Awards to Encore Community Services and Project Find in recognition of a steadfast commitment to service and an unwavering dedication to supporting the well-being, care and safety of the Theater District.

“Each of this year’s honorees reflects the leadership, collaboration and dedication that define our industry,” said Jason Laks, president of the Broadway League, in a statement. “Their work supports our productions, our audiences and our community. The League Leadership Awards celebrate the individuals and organizations whose impact is felt across our industry, and we are proud to celebrate their lasting legacy.”
