Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS has announced additions to its leadership team. These include three internal promotions and one new hire.

Sarah Cardillo has been promoted from deputy director of development to director of development; Brian Marshall has moved up from individual giving officer to senior development officer; and Francesca Toscano, who started with Broadway Cares as marketing coordinator, is now the nonprofit’s senior content manager.

Cydney Regus, who previously served as senior partnerships manager with the theatrical advertising agency SpotCo, has joined Broadway Cares as senior partnerships officer.

“We’re thrilled to elevate three impressive members of our team — Sarah, Brian and Francesca — and to welcome Cydney, a seasoned partnerships professional, into our Broadway Cares family,” said Danny Whitman, executive director of Broadway Cares, in a statement. “Each of them brings vision, compassion and an unwavering dedication to our mission. Their dynamic voices will help our events and fundraising efforts grow, evolve and ultimately reach even more people in need in our theater community and across the country.”

Broadway Cares is one of the nation’s industry-based nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organizations. Since 1988, Broadway Cares has awarded more than $300 million for essential services for people with HIV/AIDS and other critical illnesses across the United States.
