Ahead of previews that [begin](https://www.broadwaynews.com/swept-away-sets-start-date-and-venue-for-broadway-premiere/) on Oct. 29 at the Longacre Theatre, the producers of Broadway’s “Swept Away” have released a music video of the song “A Gift for Melody Anne.” The video features Tony Award winner [John Gallagher Jr.,](https://www.broadwaynews.com/john-gallagher-jr-stark-sands-will-lead-swept-away-on-broadway/) Tony nominee Stark Sands, Adrian Blake Enscoe and Wayne Duvall.

Featuring a book by Tony winner John Logan and a score of previously composed and new songs by the Avett Brothers, “Swept Away” follows the crew of a whaling ship as they are faced with a shipwreck. Tony winner Michael Mayer is directing the musical, which is set to open on Nov. 19.
