“To Kill a Mockingbird” will open a production on the West End, to be produced by Scott Rudin, Barry Diller and Sonia Friedman Productions.

The production will open at London’s Gielgud Theatre in May 2020, the producers announced early Thursday morning. The West End cast and dates will be announced at a later date.

“To Kill a Mockingbird” [previously announced](https://broadwaynews.com/2019/03/28/to-kill-a-mockingbird-to-launch-national-tour-in-august-2020/?ref=broadwaynews.com) a national tour, starring Richard Thomas as Atticus, to begin in August 2020.
