# ‘Lost Boys’ sets a record at 2026 Broadway Flea Market

The 40th annual Broadway Flea Market and Grand Auction raised a total of $1,487,927 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The event, which took place on Sept. 27, was also produced by Broadway Cares, a grantmaking organization that helps provide meals, healthcare and other essential services to people living with HIV/AIDS and distributes emergency humanitarian aid grants. 

This year’s Broadway Flea consisted of 63 market tables, representing 18 different Broadway and Off-Broadway productions in addition to numerous industry organizations. Together, the 63 tables brought in a total of $685,124, led by the “Lost Boys” table, which raised $104,376\. This is a record for the most money raised by an individual table. 

Additional top-earning tables included “Hadestown” at $59,972, “The Outsiders” at $57,576, the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers (ATPAM)at $44,999, “Operation Mincemeat” at $43,035, the Shubert Organization/Telecharge at $29,040, Curtain Call at $24,054, “Oh, Mary!”at $20,119, “Maybe Happy Ending”at $17,199 and “Just in Time” at $16,881\.

The event’s live auction lots, featuring memorabilia, a London getaway and behind-the-scenes experiences, raised a record-breaking $562,300 for Broadway Cares. The online auction, held via eBay, also broke a record, bringing in $34,053\. The in-person silent auction brought in $206,450\. 

Notably, this year’s [Broadway Flea was moved](https://www.broadwaynews.com/2026-broadway-flea-market-and-grand-auction-moves-indoors/) from its usual outdoor location in the Theater District to an indoor venue: the Hammerstein Ballroom in Midtown. This decision was made as a nor’easter passed through New York over the weekend, causing heavy rain and high winds. 

“We couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who helped us turn a daunting day into such a successful one, despite everything the weather threw our way,” said Broadway Cares executive director Danny Whitman in a statement. “The day was a reminder of what theater people do best: Show up for each other. That generosity stretches far beyond this one remarkable day. In the months ahead, it will translate into meals, medication, healthcare and hope for people who need them most.”
