# ‘Lackawanna Blues’ adds additional Broadway performances

“Lackawanna Blues” has added four additional performances to its run, Manhattan Theatre Club announced Friday.

The show, written, directed and starring Ruben Santiago-Hudson, has added new performances from Nov. 9 through Nov. 12 at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre. “Lackawanna Blues” had [previously announced](https://broadwaynews.com/2021/10/12/lackawanna-blues-announces-one-week-extension-on-broadway/?ref=broadwaynews.com) an extension through Nov. 7.

This is the final extension of the show, Manhattan Theatre Club said.

The show added performances after Santiago-Hudson suffered a back injury, which caused the cancellation of performances [the weekends ](https://broadwaynews.com/2021/10/08/lackawanna-blues-cancels-additional-broadway-performances/?ref=broadwaynews.com)of Oct. 8 and Sept. 24.
