# ‘Flying Over Sunset’ announces new cast members for Broadway run

Nehal Joshi and Kanisha Marie Feliciano have joined the cast of Lincoln Center Theater’s “Flying Over Sunset.”

Feliciano will make her Broadway debut with this production. Joshi has appeared in the Broadway productions of “School of Rock,” “Gettin’ the Band Back Together” and most recently, the 2019 revival of “All My Sons.”

“Flying Over Sunset” began rehearsals Tuesday, ahead of a first preview Nov. 11 and an opening Dec. 13 at the Vivian Beaumont Theater. The production was previously scheduled to begin previews on March 12, 2020, the day of the theatrical shutdown.

The musical was written and directed by James Lapine and features music by Tom Kitt and lyrics by Michael Korie.

The production’s understudies include Aria Braswell, Danny Gardner, Kate Marilley, Patrick Scott McDermott, Tony Roach and Michael Winther.
