“Choir Boy” announced a second extension Friday, now bringing its run to a close on March 10.

Jeremy Pope, who plays lead, Pharus Young, will leave the production on Feb. 24 to join the cast of [the Broadway production](https://broadwaynews.com/2018/11/07/aint-too-proud-will-bring-existing-cast-to-broadway/?ref=broadwaynews.com) of “Ain’t Too Proud,” which begins previews on Feb. 28\. His understudy, Jonathan Burke, will take over the role for the final two weeks of the run.
